Design work started in November of 2023 with the first opening event launch in February of 2024. This left about a 10 week work window from start to completion. Spirit of Comcast continues to host this event on a bi-annual cadence, and updates to the design are made along the way.

Solution
To ensure strong brand alignment, I used Comcast’s official fonts and color standards, while focusing on a refined subset of the palette to introduce a sense of sophisticated energy and give the event its own distinct visual identity. For the word “Spirit” in the event branding, I customized the Comcast font by softening and rounding select edges—subtly symbolizing the individuality and unique spirit each leader brings to the organization.
To celebrate individuality and reinforce leadership values, I incorporated a diverse range of imagery featuring individuals, paired with abstract shapes that represent the distinct strengths and perspectives of each leader. The building block motif serves a dual purpose: it reflects the foundational leadership principles Comcast promotes and illustrates how leaders act as the building blocks of team success and organizational growth.
To inspire engagement, I included imagery from previous Spirit of Comcast events to spark excitement and offer a visual preview of the experience, helping to build anticipation for its in-person return.
