I loved working with Andrea on our product focus group process -- her knowledge of the product, and her advocacy for the learner, was amazing! I always felt comfortable either asking her a question about the users/product, or deferring to her as the expert when something stumped me during the focus group. Together, I think we created not only a great plan for this product itself, but also a great way of iteratively testing and developing future products.
